I love living in the moment, day by day and have no hangups about the past or worries about the future. I still feel young at heart (my maiden name was Young). I enjoy meditating, conscious dance, reading a book, gardening, being involved and active in a gifting community, playing ball with my Sophie, daily grounding, exploring the countryside and I love photography.
